Every Engine rebuild project begins with a thorough examination to establish the cause of the initial failure. To recondition your engine, our dedicated team will steam clean the engine and strip it down. We conduct all necessary checks like pressure, vacuum, crank, sonic and surface finish tests to make sure all the engine parts are healthy and can be used in the engine rebuild project. The parts are chemically steam cleaned and re-inspected again- only parts passed our precise quality control used in the project. The build process then begins in our dedicated engine rebuild clean area. We will re-hone and re-bore all moving and static parts as necessary and rebuild your engine to our normal high standard using the best quality parts only. As a result you will have your car engine back as good as new.
